Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I switched from cell phone companies. My new cell phone company was XXXX XXXX and I was no longer an XXXX customer. On XX/XX/XXXX I did receive an email from XXXX in which they charged the month of XXXX. It was XXXX dollars. A couple of days later, I made a call to XXXX to ask them about the bill. One of their representatives checked my account and told me that they made a mistake. Days later, they put the money back into my account. A month after they emailed again. For the second time, they charged for the month of XXXX. Again they took the money from my bank account. I called them again and explained my problem. The lady apologized for the issue and told me that she would refer the case to the right department. This time she closed the automatic payment from my former account. She told me that I had to pay XXXX for one day with the service. She then processed the payment and told me not to worry about the issue. The next day the money was backed into my account. Four months later I received a letter from Credco a collection company. They informed me that my account was in the collection. I could not believe that this was happening. I called XXXX one more time and spoke with another representative. He did check my case, called his supervisor and apologized to me again giving me the same story. I did ask for a letter or email as my evidence but they refused. Still today I have my former XXXX account in collections.
