Complaint: I contacted XXXX XXXX Bank the same one notorious for unauthorized account openings, illegally charging minorities and women higher Apr on auto loans, forcing bank employees of illegally up selling et al, and explained that I have never been late, much to my dismay I applied for a XXXX XXXX account and was turned down because of XXXX XXXX improper and untrue reporting of a 30 day late in XXXX of 2018. This reeks of typical XXXX XXXX ineptitude, I have never been late further I paid off the entire balance without any problems nor lates as judged by my credit report. Hence it was the height of irony I have a 30 day late after complying with all the terms of my account. I had this account for 2 years prior and never not once A LATE. THIS is factually incorrect and XXXX XXXX aside from standard talking points does nothing to correct this. I even tried in Ernest to rectify the matter with them by asking if it was possible to get another card that I would use to show my willingness to continue a business with them, I was told a myriad of excuses that seemingly contradicted the prior csr. At this point I just want the report fixed and report the account accurately, obviously Experian, XXXX ( who runs private servers on the open internet with admin and password123 leaving millions of Americans private information exposed including my own ) and XXXX are not going to investigate as they simply parrot what the creditor tells them and don't in fact engage in any meaningful investigation, despite numerous district and appellate courts demanding they do so ( see Summerfield V. Equifax, Diprinzo V. Mbna bank, Experian Settlement with Fraud victims out of the Federal Court of Illinois ) ; so that's a waste of time. I demand that XXXX XXXX send each reporting agency an update demanding the fix of my report to reflect no such lates. This is actual harm being inflicted, and as such a case or controversy /justiciable harm.

Complaint: XXXX, XXXX and Experian are reporting a XXXX XXXX XXXX account ( XXXX ) and a XXXX XXXX XXXX account ( XXXX ) on my report as a negative item with no Data reporting at all on the account. I have asked these bureaus investigate and thereby to report accurately as required by the FCRA or delete the inaccurate information and they have returned letters to me saying that they have updated the account status and that the data furnisher has reported this information as accurate and as belonging to me.
Well how can XXXX, XXXX and Experian honestly tell me this information with no data reporting for any period and reporting to an address that does not belong to me - be accurate and how can this information be reporting verified as belonging to me? what method have they done to do this inaccurate verification? I would like to know what basis they verified this information as accurate. The answer is that they have not done their due diligence in investigating these inaccurate items as they are required to do so per FCRA. I must now require immediate deletion of this data which is severely affecting my credit profile and score.
